Terms of Service.
End User License Agreement.

By downloading, installing, or using the Papagal macOS application or accessing the papagal.dev website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software.

Papagal is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Victor Frangov (trading as Kollowo) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Papagal on Apple macOS devices:

• –Free Tier: Free for personal, academic, and commercial use for inspecting datasets, schemas, and queries with standard pagination limits.
• –Pro Lifetime License: A valid $15 one-time Pro purchase unlocks Metal GPU hardware acceleration, large datasets (100,000 rows/page), inline editing, direct file saving, and exports on up to three (3) Macs owned or controlled by the license holder.
• –Device Management: You may unlink and transfer your license to a new Mac at any time using the “Deactivate This Mac” feature in Settings or via your Polar customer portal.

All purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh) as the Merchant of Record:

• –One-Time Payment: Papagal Pro is sold as a one-time payment ($15). There are no recurring subscription charges or hidden renewal fees.
• –License Validity: Your license key provides lifetime access to Papagal Pro on up to three (3) active Macs simultaneously.
• –Refunds: If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with Papagal Pro, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at help@papagal.dev for a full refund.

You agree not to:

• –Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the binary files of Papagal, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• –Circumvent or tamper with the licensing validation mechanisms, license key cryptography, or machine activation counters.
• –Resell, lease, rent, redistribute, or sublicense your license key to unauthorized third parties.

Papagal is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kollowo disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Kollowo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
